Hi, I am Laura Walden and I’ve called Etowah County home for more than 40 years, and it’s the place that shaped who I am. It’s where I’ve raised my daughter, built lifelong friendships, worshiped, celebrated milestones, and watched our communities grow. When you’ve spent that much of your life in one place, you don’t just know the streets — you know the stories, the people, and what makes each town feel like home.

Nine years ago, I stepped into real estate with a simple belief: buying or selling a home should feel guided, personal, and rooted in trust. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping families across Etowah County start new chapters — first homes, growing families, downsizing, relocating and everything in between.

Real estate for me isn’t just about transactions. It’s about people and community. I believe the strongest communities are built when neighbors look out for each other, when small businesses are supported, and when we all take pride in the places we live. That’s why being involved in local outreach and community efforts means so much to me — because the work doesn’t stop when the closing papers are signed.
